Shun Tak Holdings Limited (“Shun Tak”) is a leading Hong Kong listed conglomerate with core businesses in transportation, property, hospitality and investments.
The Group is an active investor in the Greater Bay Area real estate markets, and holds one of the largest land banks in Macau. These include the Tianjin South HSR Integrated Development and Kunming South HSR Integrated Development, which will be developed into one-stop regional healthcare and commercial hubs, offering medical, healthcare and eldercare facilities to the public.
Beyond real estates, the Group is popularly known as a transportation and tourism brand. The Group operates a multimodal sea and land transportation network seamlessly connecting major cities in the Pearl River Delta. Its ferry operation, TurboJET, commands one the largest high-speed passenger ferry fleet in the world, and on land, it operates a network of intercity cross-border coach bus service. Moreover, Shun Tak has a number of hotel investments in Hong Kong and Macau, as well as operate the Artyzen Hospitality Group which extends branded management services to hotel properties worldwide.
